Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Tea powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • A pinch of Nutmeg powder
  • Hot Milk

Easy gulacha chaha

Instructions

Step 1: Add water, tea powder in a carafe and turn on the gas.

Step 2: Boil the mixture well.

Step 3: When the mixture boils well add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, milk and bring the mixture to boil.

Step 4: When tea is boiled well, turn off the gas and add gudh.

Step 5: Turn the gas on again and boil tea for about a minute.

Step 6: Do not mix or stir the tea after adding gudh. Just boil it as it is.

Step 7: Turn off the gas and strain tea into cup.

Delicious jaggery tea

Notes

  • There should not be any lumps of gudh. It should be grated.
  • You can decide the quantity of gudh depending on your choice.
  • Try to use organic gudh.
  • Try avoiding use of yellow gudh as it contains soda due to which there are lot of chances of getting the milk spoilt.
