Homemade Custard Powder

Instructions

For Making Custard Powder:

• In a blender, pot takes sugar and blend it.
• Add milk powder and cornflour. Add food color.
• You can skip the food color if you don’t like it.
• Add vanilla essence. You also can use vanilla pods.
• Blend the mixture again.
• Homemade vanilla custard powder is already.
• Store the powder in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

For Making Fruit Custard:

• Heat up milk in a pan. Don’t boil the milk.
• Take custard powder into a bowl. When milk is enough hot, add 1/4 cup milk in custard powder.
• Stir immediately so that no lumps of custard powder are formed.
• When custard powder is dissolved, pour the mixture slowly into hot milk.
• Keep on stirring continuously.
• Keep on stirring while the milk is boiling to avoid lump formation.
• Cook on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.
• To check if the custard is ready, dip a spoon into the custard.
• If the spoon gets a good coating of custard, then it means it is ready.
• Turn off the gas. Chill the custard in the freeze for about an hour.
• Add apple, grapes, pomegranate, and banana. You can add fruits of your choice.
• Mix well. Fruit custard is already.
