Kulcha is a north Indian special recipe. It is a type of flat bread specially made in Punjab. We are making kulcha today without using yeast. Yet it will be nice & fluffy as we get in from a street vendor or in restaurants. You can keep kulcha half cooked ready before hand and roast them again in butter and serve hot.
