This is a delicous Penne Pasta recipe with quick qnd easy homamade Pasta sauce. Pasta is beautifully seasoned with stir fried green pepper, black olives and mushrooms. The last addition of cheese makes it even lucious!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Penne Pasta 
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup diced green Pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Mozarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Homemade Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Then add green pepper and mushrooms.
  • Saute it for 2 to 3 mts.
  • Then add black olives.
  • Add oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes, basil leaves, garlic powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix it very well.
  • And cook for 2 more mts.
  • Now heat homemade pasta sauce for 4 to 5 mts.
  • Then to the pasta sauce add boiled penne pasta along with sauteed vegetables.
  • Then add cheese, mix well.
  • And let that cook for another 3 to 4 mts.
  • Serve hot with French bread or garlic bread on the side!
