Ingredients

  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 40 gm Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp sliced Dry fruits (Almonds, Pistachios)
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Grate the paneer.
  • You can use 2 sachets of milk powder that you get at Rs. 10 per sachet in the market.
  • Take the grated paneer into a dish and knead it really good.
  • Knead well to make it soft and smooth for about 7-8 minutes.
  • Add milk powder and powdered sugar.
  • Mix well to make dough of it.
  • You can add more sugar if you want.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • If you think the mixture has become too thin then you can add some milk powder in it.
  • Transfer the burfi dough into a dish and spread it well.
  • Garnish it with sliced dry nuts.
  • Transfer the mixture into freeze for about an hour to set.
  • Take out of the freeze and cut it into pieces with the help of knife.
