Ingredients

  • Wheat bread slices
  • Butter
  • Coriander Chutney
  • Roasted Cumin powder
  • Chat Masala
  • Black Pepper
  • Shredded Carrot
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Shredded Spinach

Ingredients for an alternate method

  • Garlic Powder
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper 
  • Red Pepper
  • Carrots
  • Spinach
  • Black Olives

Instructions

  • Take wheat bread and remove all the edges
  • Take the bread slices and roll it down using rolling pin
  • Butter bread slices and apply Coriander Chutney evenly.
  • Put shredded carrot and boiled potatoes over the bread slice and gently press it down
  • Season with roasted cumin powder, chat masala and Black Pepper
  • Put another layer of bread over the carrot and fill bread slice with shredded cheese
  • Put third layer of bread and add spinach
  • Season with roasted cumin powder, chat masala and Black Pepper
  • Now gently roll with all bread slices together to make roll
  • Take wax paper and roll it around the roll and keep it in refrigerator. 
  • After 30 minutes, take out rolls and remove the wax paper
  • Cut them into around half inch sandwiches

Another way of preparing Sandwich

  • Take cream cheese in bowl and spice it with garlic powder, oregano and black pepper and mix it well
  • Apply cheese mixture evenly on all the bread slices
  • Take one bread slice and add red pepper, carrots and press it down gently.
  • Take another slice of bread and layer it with spinach and sprinkly black pepper
  • take third slice and add some black olives and gently roll all the bread slices into roll
  • Take wax paper and roll it around the roll and keep it in refrigerator. 
  • After 30 minutes, take out rolls and remove the wax paper
  • Cut them into around half inch sandwiches
