Ingredients

For Dough

  • 2 1/2 cup Maida / All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

For Sauce

  • 7 well-riped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp dried Parsely
  • 3 to 4 Basil Leaves.

Instructions

For Dough

  • Sieve all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt into a deep bowl. Add olive oil, mix well.
  • Add yogurt and mix well with dry ingredients.
  • Add water and start to knead the dough to make it very loose and elastic.
  • Add lemon juice, mix well with the dough.
  • Cover and leave it to rest at any dark warm place for 4 hours.

For pizza

  • Apply some dry flour to the dough and make again knead it to make it smooth and easy  to use.
  • Take the ball from it and roll into about 10" round.
  • Bake at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 7 mts.
  • Apply pizza sauce, add toppings of your choice and again bake on 350 degree fahrenheit for 15 mts on pizza tray and last 5 mts on over rack on direct heat.
