Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped Carrot
  • 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Maggie masala
  • 3 cups Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Maggie

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and fry it until it gets light golden color.
  • Add tomato, capsicum, green peas, carrot and mix well.
  • Add kanda lasun masala, red chili powder, Maggie masala and mix well.
  • Cook everything for just 2 about minutes.
  • Add water, salt and it boil really good.
  • Add Maggie and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Kolhapuri Maggie masala is already.
