Ingredients

  • 3 leftover chapati's
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • Sliced Carrots
  • Sliced green pepper
  • Shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup 
  • 1 tsp Red chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take 3 chapatis and layer it on each other and roll it
  • Cut chapati's into very thin strips and separate them
  • Preheat pan on medium heat and add sesame oil in the pan
  • Add chopped garlic and saute it for 30 secs
  • Add sliced onion and saute it
  • Add sliced carrots, green pepper,  shredded cabbage and mix.
  • Add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and mix it well.
  • Add chapati noodles into the veggies and mix.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
