This is very popular street food in India and it’s very quick and easy to prepare and yet delicious. Try this out simple recipe on your special morning or evening snacks time.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Bread / Pav / Water Roll
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Coriander Powder to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Spring Onion to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat Masala to taste

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in the pan
  • Add diced onion in the pan and cook it for around a minute
  • Break egg over the fried onion and gentle stir it out.
  • Spice this with up red chili powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala, Black Pepper and spring onion
  • Take pav/bread and place this on top of egg and mash the bread to flatten it out
  • Spray some oil over the bread and spice this with red chili powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala, Black Pepper, salt and chat masala
  • Cook this for around 3~4 mins and flip it
  • Allow it to cook for another a minute and your disco egg fry is already to plate up.
