Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Big finely chopped Onion
  • 2 Small finely chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Kanda lasun masala
  • 1 tsp Tandoori masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan and add onion.
  • Fry until it turns golden.
  • Add tomatoes, ginger- garlic paste, kanda lasun masala and tandoori masala.
  • You can use store bought kheema masala or mutton masala instead of kanda lasun masala.
  • Mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat until tomato turns soft and nice for about 7-8 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and mix well.
  • Add mutton kheema and mix well.
  • You can use chicken kheema instead of mutton kheema.
  • Add salt and a little water. Mix well.
  • Close and cook on medium heat until 7-8 whistles.
  • Mutton kheema is already.
  • You can serve mutton kheema with jawar, bajra or rice bhakari.
  • It goes well with rice too.

Notes

  • If you use chicken kheema it won’t take much time to ccok. It will be cooked in just 1-2 whistles.
