Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup and 2 tsp Canola oil
  • 1/4 cup Cow’s Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Deep freeze the oil into deep freezer for an hour.
  • Deep freeze the milk and lemon juice for about 15 minutes.
  • Take oil, milk and lemon juice out of deep freeze.
  • Transfer the lemon juice, milk, garlic and oil into chutney jar of blender.
  • Blend in mixer on high speed for about 40 seconds.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder.
  • Blend everything again. Just give it a pulse.
  • Veg mayonnaise is already.
  • You can use mayonnaise in sandwiches, burgers, pastas.
  • You can store mayonnaise in any glass jar in freeze for about 1-1 1/2 month.

Notes

  • You can use half canola oil and half olive oil or any other oil.
  • You can use full cream or full fat milk too.
  • You can use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
