Dora Cake

Instructions

• Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Add powdered sugar and blend it really good until it is fluffy.
• Add vanilla extract and oil. Mix again with blender.
• Take all purpose flour and baking powder and mix well.
• Sieve this into the egg mixture. Mix again with blender.
• Add milk gradually and mix well. Repeat the procedure until all milk is added.
• Don’t over mix the batter. Pan cake batter is already.
• Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes.
• Heat up a pan over medium to high heat.
• Add a little oil and spread it with tissue.
• When pan is enough hot add some batter on the pan with the help of a ladle.
• Let it cook on low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until it gets nice brown colour from bottom side.
• After 4 minutes, flip the pancake over.
• Cook from other side for just 2 minutes until it gets even browning.
• Take out into a dish. Take a pancake and spread chocolate spread generously all over it.
• You can use any chocolate spread of your choice or melted milk or dark chocolate too.
• Cover this with other pancake. Dora pancake are already.
