Ingredients

  • 1 cup thin Poha
  • 4 cups Murmure / Puffed rice
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Finely chopped Tomato
  • Raw Peanuts
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
  • Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2~3 tsp Oil
  • 1/2~1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Take thin poha and roast them a little. Y
  • ou can skip the pohe if you don’t want to use.
  • Take murmure in a big dish.
  • Add pohe and make a small gap at the center.
  • Add onion, tomato, peanuts, coriander leaves.
  • You can use roasted peanuts or masala peanuts in place of raw peanuts.
  • Add kanda lasun masala, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and oil in the gap in murmure that we made earlier.
  • Mix everything well together.
  • Kachha chivada ia all ready.
  • You can serve as it is or garnish with onion, tomato, shev.
