Stir fried chicken sauted in Chinese sauces and good amount of vegetables. This is something my husband can splurge on till its last bite. Its very tasty!

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast 1/2 cup
- Boiled noodles 1 cup
- Oil 4 tsp
- 2 tsp sliced onion
- 2 tsp sliced red pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp sliced carrot
- 1 tsp Chinese chilli sauce
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3 tsp spring onion / scallion
Instructions
- Boil noodles as per packet instructions. Drain excess water from boiled noodles.
- Cut chicken in to small bite size cubes. Add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, corn flour and marinate for about an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken gets nice golden color from both the sides.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, sliced onion, red pepper, carrot and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add spring onion, cabbage and cook for 10 seconds.
- Add fried chicken, soya sauce, chilli sauce and noodles, mix.
- Add soya sauce, salt, chilli sauce, black pepper, mix and cook for 2 mts.
- Garnish with scallion.
