Ingredients

For Potato Stuffing

  • 1 medium Potato boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

For Cheese Stuffing

  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheese
  • 2 tbsp diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp diced Onions
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cream Cheese
  • Bread For making Rolls
  • Butter as per needed

 

Instructions

To make Potato Stuffing

  • Boil Potato, peel the skin off and mash it up very well.
  • Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves in to mashed potato.
  • Mix up very well.

To make Cheese Stuffing

  • Take shredded cheese in to a bowl.
  • To that add cumin powder, chat masala, onion, coriander leaves.
  • Add garlic powder, cream cheese and mix well.
  • Now take bread slices, cut out its edges using knife.
  • Now flatten it out using rolling pin.
  • Then put a spoonful of stuffing in each flattened bread slice.
  • Carefully roll each piece of bread in to tight little roll.
  • Heat pan, add butter and shallow fry all the sandwich rolls until it gets deep golden color.
