Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup diced Carrot
  • 1/4 cup diced Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped Spinach Leaves
  • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Heat Olive oil in pan.
  • After the oil is heated add chopped Onion, mix and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add all veggies like carrot, green pepper, and green peas, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
  • Add Pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Cook for 2 more mts.
  • Then add oats and mix well with masala.
  • Then add water and mix well.
  • Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
  • Serve hot with a wedge of lemon juice on the side!
