To make any type of frosting, royal icing, macaroons, there’s one essential ingredient, which is Icing Sugar/Confectioners Sugar. So here’s the easy way of making your own icing sugar at home

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch

Instructions

  • Put sugar in to blender pot and grind it in to a fine powder. 
  • Once sugar is powdered down, add corn starch.
  • And again give few more pulses to make sure corn starch is well combined with powdered sugar.
  • Voila! Your icing sugar is all ready!
