Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dahi / Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Green chili paste
  • Roasted Cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Powdered Sugar (Optional)

Instructions

  • Take yogurt in a bowl. Add green chili paste, cumin powder and black salt.
  • Mix well. No lumps of yogurt should be left.
  • Add peeled and finely chopped cucumber and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Add powdered sugar (Optional) and stir well.
  • Upawasachi koshimbir is ready to serve.
  • You can add roasted peanut powder if you like.
  • It goes well with every fasting recipe.
