Ingredients

For wheat Roti

  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Atta
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup water

For Paneer / Cottage Cheese

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/2 cup sliced Green pepper
  • 1 cup Paneer / Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach Leaves

For Making Paneer Wrap

  • sliced Onion
  • Green Chutney 
  • Chat Masala

Instructions

To Make Chapati Dough:

  • Take atta flour into a bowl.
  • To that add oil and salt and mix well.
  • Now add water slowly and start to knead the dough.
  • Make it into a semi-stiff dough.
  • Lightly coat the dough with oil, cover and keep aside.

To make paneer stuffing:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • To that add sliced onion and saute till onion gets light golden color.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • Mix and cook for 2 mts.
  • Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, green pepper and mix well.
  • Cook for 5 more mts.
  • Add paneer, spinach leaves, mix, cover and cook for 5 mts.

To make Chapati:

  • Again take the dough and gently knead it to make it soft.
  • Now divide the dough into 3 equal size portions.
  • Take one of the dough ball and roll into a small 6" disc.
  • Heat the skillet and put the roti on it.
  • Roast the chapati from both sides till it gets light golden spots.

To arrange Paneer Rolls

  • Take on of the chapati.
  • On that put paneer sabzi and put it on one side of the chapati.
  • Add sliced Onion, chat masala and green chutney.
  • Now roll it gently.
  • Insert a toothpick so that the roll will remain firm.
  • Serve hot!
