Mula or radish is generally not that loved recipe. Many people don’t like that strong aroma of radish. But today’s recipe is a little different. You won’t feel like you are having radish. Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3~4 dry Red chilies
  • Sliced Radish
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp kanda lasun masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, dry red chilies, sliced radish and mix well.
  • Peel and cut radish into slices.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Cover and steam on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add tomato, coriander powder, kanda lasun masala, red chili powder and mix well.
  • You can belnd tomato in mixer and add that puree or add grated tomato too.
  • You can use kala masala or any other masala that you have with you in place of kanda lasun masala.
  • Cover and cook for another 6-7 minutes on medium heat until mula cooks nice and soft.
  • Stir at the intervals so that it won’t stick to the base of the pan.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and mulyachi bhaji is all ready.
