Ingredients

For Crust:

  • 1 cup fine Sooji / Semolina
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Water

For Topping:

  • Pizza sauce
  • Sliced Yellow capsicum
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced Red capsicum
  • Sliced Green capsicum
  • Black olives
  • Boiled corns
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • A pinch of Salt (Optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder (Optional)

Instructions

For Crust:

  • Take sooji into a bowl.
  • Add curd, salt, baking soda and mix everything well together.
  • Add water and make batter of semi thick consistency.
  • The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  • Cover and rest the batter for about 10 minutes.

For Topping:

  • Heat up oil in a pan. You can use any oil you want.
  • Add yellow pepper, red pepper, green pepper, corns and mix well.
  • Fry for just about a minute. Do not fry longer.
  • Veggies should retain their crunch.
  • Turn off the gas.
  • Add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder.
  • Adding this is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
  • Mix well and take the veggies out into a plate.
  • In the same pan add a little oil and spread it well.
  • Add sooji batter and spread it well.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to lowest possible temperature.
  • Spread a little oil on the sooji base and flip it over.
  • Spread pizza sauce on the base.
  • You can use tomato sauce or tomato ketchup instead of pizza sauce.
  • Spread a thin layer of cheese.
  • Add a layer of veggies and black olives.
  • Again add a layer of cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and take the pizza out into a dish.
  • Pizza is already.
