Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • Green Chili
  • 1/2 inch piece of Ginger
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste 

Instructions

  • Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, black salt and black pepper in the blender pot.
  • Add ginger and grind this to make it soft and smooth puree
  • Take a bowl and add this chutney and add cup of super chilled water and ice cubs in it
  • Add lemon juice, salt and give it a good mix.
  • Add chat masala, mix and Jaljira is already to serve. 
  • You can garnish it with some boondi while serving.
