Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 pint Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • Salt for taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in the pan and add butter. Allow it to melt it down
  • Add finely chopped onions in it and saute it till it gets light golden color
  • Add ginger garlic paste, coriandar powder, Garam masala and red chili powder and give a mix. Allow it to cook it for 2 mins
  • Add tomato puree, sugar and salt in the mixture. Cook it for around 5 mins.
  • Add water and give it a good mix. 
  • Add kasoori methi and mix it well
  • Finally add paneer, mix and cook it on medium heat for 3~4 mins.
  • Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves. 
  • Paneer masala is ready to serve.
