Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- pinch of Hing
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp finely chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 to 5 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Take 1 1/2 cup water and to that add 1/4 cup yogurt and mix well.
- Heat oil, after oil, is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, and let all sizzle up.
- Add grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder and cook for a minute.
- Add buttermilk to above tempering.
- Add salt and sugar to taste in buttermilk, mix well and bring that to aboil over medium-high heat.
- Add rice flour all at once, mix well, cover, and cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with a dollop of ghee on the top!
